Booking conditions

Booking info:
You can book by telephone or by email at info@karjalanhelmi.net or on the internet at the following address: www.karjalanhelmi.net – customers will receive a booking confirmation by email. Bookings can also be made by sites of our partners.

Payment:
You can pay by cash or by credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) in Karjalan Helmi. If you have made booking for the period 16.6.-12.8.2018, we can charge the deposit sum 150 EUR. You can pay also by invoice in advance.

Cancelling terms (bookings which are made by telephone or by email)
You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. Bookings in the period 16.6. – 12.8.2018 you can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. You will be charged total rent if you cancel in the 21 days before arrival.
Otherwise be used terms which are mentioned in the sites of our partners!

The property´s rules:
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: The accommodation is available after 15.00 and departure is until 12.00.
BED LINEN AND TOWELS: are not included in the rent. These can be ordered, +15 eur/person.
FINAL CLEANING: is not included in the rent. This can be ordered, +50 eur/cottage, +20 eur/apartment.
If the customer did not order the final cleaning, the customer is responsible for cleaning with cleaning instructions. The cleaning instructions for customer: vacuum or sweep the floors, clean the tableware, wipe down the kitchen surfaces, tables and other surfaces, take the rubbish to the bins outside.
The customers will always get checked and maintained accommodation by owners.
THE PRICE INCLUDE: Normal energy costs, furniture, kitchenware, cutlery, mattresses, bed covers, pillows. Also firewoods to sauna and to fireplace and free use of the rowing boat. The rent also includes toilet paper, one kitchen roll and cleaning equipments.
NUMBER OF PERSONS: The accommodation cannot be used by more people than the number stated in the description of the accommodation or the number agreed upon when the booking was made.
SMOKING: is forbidden indoors. 
DAMAGES: The customer must pay compensation for any damages.
